Founded in 2015, we became a helm for natural wine through many years of many bottles shared and drank…!
Since 2024, we are a host for talented itinerant chefs and we have the incredible chance to have a new kitchen every 4 weeks.
From West Africa with Philippe Sonou, to the Mediterranean with Aaron Potter, we are currently sharing our pots with Verity Hurding, founder of Eòlach catering, up in the Isle of Skye.
